1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to RedBoat.ai websites, pilot workspaces, managed AI worker services, API routing, support communications and related business services operated by Shantou CrossCompute Technology Co., Ltd. It does not apply to third-party websites or tools that we do not control.

RedBoat.ai is designed for business users and organizations. It is not intended for children or for consumer use by minors.

2. Information we collect

Account and contact information

We may collect name, business email, company name, job role, country or region, login credentials, contact preferences and sales or support messages.

Customer content and workflow data

To configure AI workers, customers may provide FAQs, policies, product notes, email examples, knowledge-base documents, workflow instructions, approved reply templates, input prompts, uploaded files, generated drafts, reviewer edits and approval records.

Service, routing and audit data

We may collect logs showing task type, user action, timestamps, source references, model route, policy flags, review status, usage volume, error events, latency and other information needed to operate, secure, measure and audit the service.

Website and device information

Like many business websites, we may collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referral URLs and approximate location derived from network information. We may use cookies or similar technologies for site operation, analytics, security and preference management.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide, configure and improve managed AI worker pilots;
  • process workflow requests, generate draft outputs and support human review;
  • apply customer instructions, source boundaries, routing rules and approval policies;
  • maintain audit logs, usage records, billing records and service export evidence;
  • secure the service, troubleshoot errors and prevent abuse;
  • respond to inquiries, provide support and manage customer relationships;
  • comply with legal, regulatory, tax, accounting and contractual obligations.

We do not sell customer business content. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, we do not use customer content to train our own general-purpose models.

4. Model routing and service providers

RedBoat.ai may use infrastructure providers, storage providers, analytics tools, security tools, payment processors, communications tools and authorized AI model providers to operate the service. These providers may process limited information as needed to perform services for us or for the customer.

Some AI worker tasks may be routed to external model providers where permitted by customer configuration, task sensitivity, contractual terms and applicable law. Sensitive workflows, private knowledge-base work or dedicated deployment requirements may require a controlled route, dedicated instance or separate data-processing agreement.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload or submit the data they provide, including customer messages, employee materials, product documents and third-party information.

5. International and cross-border processing

RedBoat.ai supports cross-border AI service delivery. Depending on customer location, selected routes and service configuration, information may be processed in jurisdictions different from where the customer or end user is located.

Where personal information, important data, regulated-sector data or cross-border transfer rules apply, customers should complete a project-specific compliance review before using the service for that workflow.

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain audit records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Customer content, logs and generated outputs may have different retention periods depending on the applicable plan, order form, pilot agreement or customer configuration.

When data is deleted, copies may remain for a limited period in backups, security logs or records that we are required to keep.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, such as access controls, encrypted transmission, logging, monitoring, review workflows and data classification. Security claims for any specific deployment should be confirmed in the applicable service agreement or security documentation.

No internet or cloud service is completely secure. Customers should classify data before uploading it and avoid submitting highly sensitive, regulated or third-party confidential data unless the appropriate route, agreement and safeguards are in place.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location and role, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the processing of personal information. Business customers may also request export or deletion of customer content subject to contractual, security and legal retention requirements.

You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing communications. Operational messages related to accounts, security, billing or service changes may still be sent.

9. Children

RedBoat.ai is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16, or a higher age where applicable law requires.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes may be posted on this page or communicated through reasonable channels.

11. Contact

For privacy questions, data requests or security-related inquiries, contact [email protected]. For sales or pilot questions, use the contact page.
